Kratos Analytical – leading surface analysis

Join Kratos Analytical and INA Korea for our lunchtime seminar where Dr Chris Blomfield (Business Manager – Surface Analysis) will introduce ‘Latest developments in X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and their application to new materials discovery.’

This is an ideal opportunity to learn about recent developments of automation for data acquisition and reporting.  Dr Blomfield will showcase capabilities of the AXIS Supra+ XPS instrument including the gas cluster ion source, Ag-HAXPES source and cryo-XPS.  The use of the spectrometer to analyse samples as diverse as drug coatings on bio-resorbable stents to inorganic hafnia thin-film gate oxides will be discussed.

With over 50 AXIS Supra/Supra+ instruments in the Republic of Korea and Japan we anticipate the opportunity for Kratos instrument Users, Kratos Analytical and INA Korea colleagues to network.  There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions and share XPS analysis experiences.
