Confirmation/Modification of the Registration
Registration Confirmation
ㆍAn automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download
the receipt from “My Page” by logging onto the online registration system.
ㆍPlease note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by Secretariat.
ㆍInstallation of special software is required to print out the receipt. Please note that the user’s computer
may automatically block the viewer program in some cases.
ㆍIf error page appears, please contact the Secretariat then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee according the following rules. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the Secretariat by e-mai. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
